Espoo 45 mm solid spruce sauna with a generous glass front

The Espoo sauna combines the natural character of solid Nordic spruce with a contemporary full-height glass front. The transparent front visually opens the cabin, allows plenty of light into the interior and keeps the premium interior fittings visible from outside.

Unlike a sauna with a corner entry or a single window, this model has a straight glass front with an integrated full-glass door and generous fixed glass panels. The result is a clean, contemporary design suitable for bathrooms, fitness rooms and private wellness areas.

Generous front in 8 mm tempered safety glass

The front consists of full-height elements in 8 mm clear tempered safety glass. The large transparent surface gives the interior an open and welcoming appearance and creates a contemporary contrast to the natural spruce.

The full-glass door is integrated directly into the glass front. It includes a door seal and a clean bar handle. The door can be installed with a left- or right-hand hinge during assembly.

The handle is made from wood on the inside and metal on the outside, combining the natural interior with a contemporary and easy-care exterior finish.

45 mm solid Nordic spruce walls

The walls are constructed from prefabricated 45 mm solid-wood elements in Nordic spruce. The natural grain, characteristic knots and warm timber shades remain visible, giving every sauna its own individual appearance.

The solid timber construction provides the authentic character of a traditional wooden sauna. When the cabin is heated, the characteristic fragrance of the spruce can become noticeable and contribute to a natural sauna atmosphere.

As spruce is a natural material, the grain, knots and colour variations differ from one sauna to another. These variations are part of the individual character of the solid timber.

Insulated ceiling construction

The ceiling has a total thickness of 77 mm and is constructed as an insulated frame. Its structure includes mineral wool panels, an aluminium vapour barrier and visible 16 mm sauna-profile cladding.

The visible ceiling surface is finished in Nordic spruce and blends harmoniously with the solid wall elements.

Interior fittings in knot-free aspen

The interior fittings are made from light knot-free aspen. The calm and even appearance of the aspen creates an attractive contrast to the more expressive grain of the solid spruce walls.

Depending on the selected cabin size, the interior includes two or three sauna benches. Two headrests, a backrest and panel between the benches are also included.

The bench arrangement depends on the chosen size and floor plan, allowing the available interior space to be used efficiently.

Three generous standard sizes

The Espoo glass-front sauna is currently available in the following standard dimensions:

196 × 160 × 204 cm: compact rectangular version
196 × 196 × 204 cm: generous square version
220 × 220 × 204 cm: particularly spacious version

The standard cabin height is 204 cm. Height adjustments and further special solutions are available on request at an additional cost.
